Wifi on Linux during Install

Hello All,

I am moving my Suse linux desktop to a different location w/o a wired connection.

I bought a WNDA3100 USB wifi adapter. But I'm unable to get my system to recognize the USB stick. I've even updated to the latest Suse (Leap).
Has anyone gotten this USB stick working on a Linux system? Any links to posts/ suggestions would be appreciated.

(Remember, this maching is NOT on a network at this point).

Thanks,

-tomas

  • Hi dadkind,

Official drivers for the adapter only works with Windows based OS.

      Thanks for the information.

Needless to say I'm upset (at myself) for not researching this beforehand. As it is, I'm out $40. Expensive lesson for me
