Windows cannot load the driver for this device
I've recently replaced my onboard wifi/bluetooth adapter (on a HP 14s-dq0xxx with Windows 11) with an BE6500 WiFi Adapter (A9000). I've installed the driver from the latest driver which has installed OK for the wifi adapter but I get a message saying that Windows can;t load the driver for the BT adapter.
The driver version for the wifi is 5001.19.113.1 and the BT driver version is 1.1071.2406.1700. I don't know if they should be the same but that's what I'd expect.
Is it possible to get just the BT driver or does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

I've looked at the spec sheet and the manual and can't find that it supports bluetooth. I have one and plugged in and checked to and it doesn't seem to support bluetooth.
and dongknows review spec sheet states no bluetooth.
So zero bluetooth
