WNA 3100 cant save security key

hello everybody hello somebody .. we had to get a new wireless modem .. computer 1 no problem connecting to its adaptor not netgear  computer 2 with netgear adaptor type in new security key number ...

    Could be a local network issue in Windows.

     

    Have you told the recalcitrant PC to forget past wireless connections?

     

    Look for Manage known networks. Find it in Network and internet settings then WiFi.
