That's the link that I did check first. Tried everything suggested and nothing works. Again, this thing is a POS.

The only way to recover the firmware is through TFTP. If it did not work for you, which means the adapter is no longer working.
Yes, I tried tftp and it did not work. It attempted to push data but timed out. Like I said, POS.

If it did not work then the adapter is already defective. You may need to purchase a new one.
