    Hi Sethman,


    Try to reset the adapter. Try using a different power adapter. 

     

    You can check WNCE3001 or WNCE4004.

1. Can you still access the UI of the adapter?

2. Are you getting a valid IP from the device? Can you ping the IP address of the adapter?

    Hi James,

    no, cannot acccess the device and I do not get an IP adresse neither i can ping it.
