WNCE4004 How can I change the static IP
I do not have WPS so followed the instructions for installation without WPS. Problem is that the device has a fixed IP (192.168.1.240) and therefore I have to set lan address on my pc to same subnet...

The IP should change if it is connected already to the AP. The fixed IP is just the IP of the adapter for initial installation. No need to to set a static IP on your computer since the adapter will provide IP for initial configuration.
