wnce4004 with TG1682G issues

Of course my wnce4004 is at "V1.0.0.32." My TG1682G has no disable option under mac filter but it is set to "Allow-All".
The "allow-all" feature does the following:
Allow-All(default):All wireless client stations can connect to the Gateway; no Mac filtering rules.

Can you install the WNCE4004 close to th main router. Try to install it about 5 feet away from the router. If the same problem, reset the adapter to factory default.

Still no solution the only thing that will make it work is if I change my gateway to the older model i use to have.

Do you happen to know if both routers has the same wireless settings? If there are not on the same settigs, try to copy the wireless settings of the working router.
