101 for Installing WN1000RP WiFi Booster

I have no idea what I am doing. HELP. 

Connect with NETGEAR Genie Smart Setup - Step 1 Use a WiFi Network Utility on a devise to find and connect to the NETGEAR_EXT WiFi Network... I can't find this.... Some one please help me get passed STEP 1!!!!

    Does your WiFi device see other networks? What are you using to set up the repeater?
