2 x EX7000's after reset - one working, one does not
I have recently changed from BT to Superfast Virgin. I have the Virgin Hub 3.0. I also have teo Netgear EX7000 wifi extenders which I used with my old BT driven network. I have reset both extenders....

I would try to factory reset that extender again make sure you hold down the reset button for atleast 10 seconds.
