AC 1900 WiFi Range Extender EX7000

Question

I am having trouble connecting devices to the Range Extender Wifi ID unless I manually enter an IP address for each device, It won't automatically assign one, and I cannot connect devices like Nest Cameras because it won't assign an IP Address. i tried logging in, but you can only see devices connected, you cannot add MAC addresses manually or Whitelist anything. You also cant undo this feature.

It starting to annoy me, because it defeats the whole purpose of a range extender if I cant use it!

Don't know - the latest because i did a firmware update and it said it was up to date

Try resetting the extender, and downgrading the firmware to 1.0.0.66 (&nbsp;https://kb.netgear.com/000059563/EX7000-Firmware-Version-1-0-0-66 )

I will try your suggestion.&nbsp; &nbsp;The new firmware has completely bricked my AC1900EX7000 like it has many others.
&nbsp;
Unfortunately right now I can not connect to either of the ext bands.&nbsp; So Mywifeext.net does not recognize the EX7000.&nbsp; Any suggestions how I can roll back the firmware would be appreciated.

I did downgrade to firmware 66 and it worked for a few minutes but quickly quit working.&nbsp; After spending 7 hours on this problem and trying to get the AC1900 EX7000 to work, I am giving up.&nbsp; It has given me a couple of years of good service and it is time to buy the updated model and hope it works for a couple of years.&nbsp;&nbsp;
