AC1200 Extender cannot connect laptops to 2gext network

Cannot connect to the 2g EXT network.  Just the 5g EXT network.  Neither laptop can connect.  However tablets and phone can connect. what gives?

    1. Are you getting an error message? If yes, what is the error message?

    2. Have you tried forgetting the network and reconnecting with the correct password?

    3. Can the laptops connect to the main wireless network without any issues?
