AC1200 Model EX6110 Will not connect

I have just changed my  network provider as well as my router/modem.   I have set my network up and have tried adding this extender.  I have opened multiple links, but to no avail.  When I sign in I don't even see this model listed.  I tried the app on my phone,  but the device isn't recognized and sends me back to the netgear site.  I followed one link that took me to a page to select my device and it isn't even listed.  I am using a Mac.

  • I did. I had watched the YouTube video earlier and no luck. After hours of trying I gave up. Last night I decided to try one more time and followed the same instructions I had used before and it connected with no problem. One note I had reset before I initially tried connecting the first time. Who knows. Thank you for your help.

  • Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

    If so, factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.

    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
