What channels is your router using?  

 

You can register the extender at my.netgear.com (uploading your proof-of-purchase), and then open a support ticket.

How do I upload my proof of purchase. Can’t seem to find anywhere

    You can check your registration at my.netgear.com, and from there you can upload your proof of purchase.

        Go to the registered product list on my.netgear.com and click on the product (EX6100).  You should see a popup that will give you the registration details.  That popup also has a link to upload the proof of purchase.
