AC1200 wifi range extender and wifi calling issues

I set up the AC1200 wifi range extender tonight and things were going well until we could no longer use the wifi calling feature on the main wifi connection. It would only work on the _2EXT or _5EXT ...

1. What is the model number and firmware version of the extender?

2. What is the make and model of your router?

3. Who is your mobile carrier?

4. Have you tried resetting the extender?

5. Is the extender configured in extender mode or AP mode?
