AC1200 Wifi Range extender will not connect with my router
I have tried connecting my new extender with the WPS button on my router and that didn’t work, then moved on to do it via the NETGEAR installation assistant and it’s just not working. Have also tried resetting the router 😞
The my wifi.net page won’t load and if it does then the next bit won’t load (mywifi.local).
I am at my wits end.

- This image is the furthest I can go. I’ll click on the IOS link and then it just says safari can’t load
From looking at your photo, you're connected to something with internet. So probably not the extender.
Since you tried hitting wps, factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
