AC1200 WiFi range Extender
Can I operate two extenders of the same router (so that I have an extender at each end of my house)?

Can you? yes.
Should you? Thats another questions. If they're far enough apart, it shouldn't cause issues. But if you're setting them up in mesh mode (you don't say what extender you have), they can end up connected to each other and not back to the primary router. So it makes it a challenge. What extender model are you looking at? (hint: ac1200 is a speed, not a model)

Thanks for your response.
The first extender is Model EX3110.
The second extender is Model EX6110

The EX6110 is a mesh extender, the EX3110 isn't.
You should be able to set them up. Just don't daisy chain them.
Daisy: Router----->extender------>extender
Set them up star:
