AC1900 cannot access webpage

so it was installed and working fine but then i discopnnectedc to test an issue with biffering elsewhere.  wasnt this device so i connected back up.

now i can never connect to the mywifiext webpage to configure

i can see the lights advising it is recwiving network but i can no longer use the site to configure

either says not on the wifi or just a error page.

i have reset etc and same issue.

wondering if it is installing to 5G but i cannot connect if i use that either.  basically i just wanna disable 6G being extended and ensure everything else is ok

any ideas please?

What extender are you using? You didn't put a model. AC1900 is a speed.

      What firmware is on it?

What router are you connecting it to?

Did you set it up via wps or the installation wizard?

it is a netgear ac1900 wifi mesh extender.

        model ex6410

i had all working connected to router, moved location and still working and could login to the website and disable 5G etc.

but when we had buffering when watching a film i decided to test if this was causing interference... it didnt so i replugged it in.

I have reset it and can connect to the router over wps

the extender has the light on to show im connected to it..

i just cannot get access to it on any website.

I belueve it has defaulted to 5G  connection and as said i am connected to it but i cannot use the site to disable the 5G and check connection etc.

my next option was maybe to switch off the router for some time.. maybe its IP address related etc?
