AC1900 Dual Band WiFi Mesh Extender - model #: EX6400

I cannot get the wifi extender connected. I got it connected to my router but there is no option on devices to connect them to the wifi extender.

    1. what router did you connect it to? 

    2. what firmware is on it? 

    3. the EX6400 is a mesh extender. It uses the same ssid/password as the router so it won't show up as a different network. It allows your devices to roam between it and the router as needed. You can disable this function if you want.
