AC2200 Nighthawk X4 WiFi Range Extender Model: EX7300

I have the EX7300 WiFi Range Extender and I can't get it to work with my Mac WiFi network.  Directions say to use my WPA2 password, and I do but it doesn't recognize that password.  I can see the extender network on all my machines, but I can't access the network because it doesn't accept the password.  I have connected it to the ethernet cable as well as over the air and it doesn't seem to make a difference.  Does this extender work with Apple routers?

    Hello JamesTkirk

     

    Try to factory reset the extender and do the setup again.  To do a factory reset hold the reset button down for 10 seconds.
