Ac3000 / ex7000

After firmware update, the device started disconnecting intermittently. Sometimes within 30 minutes sometimes less than 30 mins. I already did the power cycle. I also did the reset to factory settings. Nothing happens. Im thinking that netgear is sending firmware to make the device malfunction and then force you to buy the contract so that the technical support can resolve the issur. I just updated the firmware and then it started disconnecting!!!

    what router do you have? AC3000 is a speed

    You have the EX7000 extender? 

    Is it only the devices connected to the extender that has issues? 
    What firmware is on the extender and the router?

      I resolved the issue by reverting back to the old firmware. Its all good now. Thanks for the reply
