AC750 Dual Band WiFi Range Extender

Hi. I am trying to set up the range extender (using mywifiext.et) but it keeps telling me that the extender is not connected to the routers wireless network, even though the router and extender are now connected by ethernet cable so I am not relying on wireless.  The power light is green as is the router light. Unplugging the ethernet cable means the router light goes off. I also tried with the WPS route but that dodn't work either. The Device LED light has never come on. ANy suggestions how to proceed? Thanks Barry

    The URL is: www.mywifiext.net  - typically these devices are configured directly connected via a Ethernet cable to a laptop or desktop. 

     

    Have a look at the manual - Page 9 onward..
