AC750 EX2800
I recently moved and I am having trouble connecting my netgear extender to the existing wifi. I already did the reset and still not working. AC750 EX2800.
Can someone please help.
Thanks.
What router are you connecting it to?
What method of setup are you using?
Did you set it up using the push button WPS option?
If so, factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.

- Place the extender in a central location that is close to your exiting wifi router.
Connect your device to the extender's network. - Open a web browser and type mywifiext into the address bar.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Wait for the extender to connect to the existing wifi network.
- Once the extender is connected, you can move it to its final location.

Followed instructions, it is working. Extender moved to its final location, working fine.
Many thanks!!
