AC750 Model Ex 3110 wifi connected but no internet access

Question

Hi I'm having issues with my wifi extenders. Worked fine till a couple of weeks ago but now constantly getting wifi connected but no internet access. The basic wifi signal still works fine but everytime you try to connect to 2.4 or 5G. You get the error message.

I've tried resetting the router and have reset the two extenders worked worked for a couple of hours then same message again.

With the basic wifi working just poor signal obviously the issue lies with the extenders.

Any advice much appreciated as starting to get fed up with it.

Hi,&nbsp;Slingshot Dual Band AC1600 Gigabit Gateway with VoIP&nbsp;Netgear online installation.&nbsp;2 extenders 1 upstairs / 1 downstairs router in the main living room downstairs.&nbsp;issue through out the house can connect to slingshot wifi but weak signal but can't access the internet when connected to wifi 2GEXT / wifi 5G EXT.&nbsp;Thanks,&nbsp;Darren&nbsp;

yes still having issues with only 1 extender running.&nbsp;Also now getting privacy warnings have tried toggling the private address button on both 2.4 and 5 G networks no luck although basic wifi still functioning.&nbsp;Thanks,&nbsp;Darren&nbsp;

1. what router is it connected to?&nbsp;
2. what method of setup did you use? wps or the installation assistant?&nbsp;
3. do you have more than 1 extender? your post had "extenders". pleural

what model slingshot is it? AC1600 is a speed
Both extenders are having the same issue?&nbsp;

Model NF18ACV&nbsp;VDSL/FIBRE Dual Band AC 1600 Gigabit Gateway with VoIP description on the back of router.&nbsp;Issue with both extenders although 4 green lights on both.&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;Darren
