AC750 wifi extender model EX3110 unable to connect
I recently bought this product. My roommate set it up so that the SSID name is changed. It cant connect to the internet at all. So I tried to reset the device to use the nighthawk app and now when it says connect to "NETGEAR EXT" no device is showing. But the device we renamed it still pops up. I just want some wifi lol please someone help me out.

What router are you connecting it to?
What firmware is on the extender?
Have you tried factory resetting it (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on) and then doing a manual install using the installation assistant?
