Accidentially disabled wireless connections

I have the WNDR 3400v2 router. I was trying to switch from 2.4 to 5ghz earlier and somehow turned off both broadcasts. Now I have no idea how to turn it back on. HELP!

    Factory reset and start over is one option. Does that router have a WIFI button on it? try pushing it for a few seconds. Download and read manual would be your best bet.
