Adding internet to garage
I want to add internet access to my garage that is approx 100 feet away
ive tried adding an older router hard wired to this one but just couldn't get it to work.
what would you guys suggest?
Get a newer router, go with a mesh unit or ?....

which one?
100ft shouldn't be an issue if you've got an ethernet cable ran that distance and wired correctly.
You can run a decent cat 5e cable 300ft. what ethernet cable did you use? have you checked the ends on it?
What issues did you have with the older router?
