After completing setup wizard I cannot login to extender WN2000RPT

I can go through the setup wizard and get the extender working, but after that if I go to mywifiext.net then I get this Opps page that says "It seems that you have navigated to this page by accident." etc. I have tried everything I can think of to access it and am unable to login. I have reset to factory defaults several times, run through the setup wizard and the same thing always happens. After the setup wizard the extender works and I can get to my router wired and wireless, but cannot log back into the extender.  Therefore, I am not able to get in to change any settings or check for firmware updates, etc. I am on Win7, comcast xfinity not that that should matter. I have tried both wireless and wired. Both give me the Opps page. As I said, other than that the extender is working. Please help.

    I found my answer.  If anybody has this issue then what I did is I logged into my main router (not the extender) and looked at the connected devices and found my Netgear extender.  From that I got the IP address which was not the 192,168.x.x that I was expecting, but rather 10.0.0.x ... so, then I was able connect to the extender by using http://10.0.0.x (obviously replacing the x with the appropriate number) and from there I was able to login. Not sure why the mywifiext.net isn't intercepted by the extender as it used to be, but regardless the above worked.
