After few minutes all devices get disconnected from extender Ac1200

It's been a month since I switched my provider, had no issues before. Now I have continuous disconnections fro the repeater. I'll try to list all the tests I've already done.
-Factory reset both router and Ext
-Tried to connect few devices directly on router and no problem (LAN too).
-Tried change EXT and having the same issuse.
-Tried to set an IP lease from router to EXT with no luck.
-Tried to set static IP fron EXT to router.
-Tried to set "not casual MAC address" from a device to see if maybe the casual MAC address from EXT could go in conflict.
-Tried a WiFi detector app and noticed that I have lots of WiFis in the area and tried to switch channel multiple times to see one less used.
-Tried to lower/up the band frequency to see if anything changes.
-Tried to move the EXT closer to the router but still nothing.
The connection from the EXT to the router is perfect but from the EXT to all devices just keeps disconnecting every 5 min ish and auto reconnects after a minute. In the disconnection I see that the light on the EXT "devices" turns off and then lights up as soon as it tries to reach them.
Hope to have some suggestions on the case cause I'm really driving mad right now to figure out.
I know that the router and EXT have to work on the same channel.
The only thing I haven't tried yet is setting the EXT as acces point.
Thanks in advance.

    1. What router do you have?

    2. what extender do you have (AC1200 is a speed)

    3. what firmware is on the extender?

I posted the extender model. Actually I need to check the firmware. I'll try to update it manually cause doesn't show the latest version. And for the router I actually don't know the model but is from the company I'm with called ILIAD.

It already has the latest firmware and still doing the same thing, I tried then the fastlane technology both ways and still doesn't seem to fix anything.. I tried to use an app called (wifiman) to scan the area. I have lots of WiFis interfering so I tried to move channels but even if I put it manually, it seems to go back to auto and connect to che full channels.. I will try it now as an acces point hoping it works and if not I'll make a Lan connection through the house ...

And we still don't have any more info.

the "model" extender you posted is a speed, not a model.

and we don't know your router that you have. Thats key too.

Or the firmware you're on. I've long ago quit trusting people when they say "its the latest" and then later, we find out it isn't.
