Any recommendation for a wifi range extender?

I need to extend the wifi in my home. I have 3 (small) floors and would like to have a signal on all floors. I have read some mixed reviews for this Netgear product on Amazon. Do you have a device you can recommend?

    You didn't give us much to go off. 

    What actual size is the hope? 3 floors could be 1800sq ft or 10,000sq ft. 

    Size matters. 

    Also, what are the interior walls/floors made of as certain materials block wifi signal. 

    As well as if your looking at extenders or a mesh product. 

    We usually recommend an extender if you're only needing one. If you're needing one, I'd be leaning towards upgrading to a mesh system like Orbi or the MK nighthawk.
