Authentication Problem with N300 extender
I am trting to clear an extender that my mom could never get to cennect. Now I can get it to recognize my wifi and connect, but it is asking for the password from her care facility. The tech guy tried to set it up there, but apparently couldny do it. So how can i clear that password setting, since she has no idea what it is. Ive tried to push the factory reset button and start over, but same problem??
Try the paper-clip reset again - pressing it for about 7 seconds (and don't press WPS). If it is successful you will see the NETGEAR_EXT network, and you will be able to join it with no password needed. Then browse to www.mywifiext.net and complete the setup.
