Authentication Problem

I have connected EX6100
via WPS to my PC but cannot connect to extender Error message (Authentication Problem).

Any help gratefully recieved

    1. Did you put the EXTENDERS mac address into your ROUTERS wireless mac restricted list?

    2. Are you in BOTH rangeS (2 TOP GREEN LIGHTS)?

    3. ARE YOU USING A USB 2 PORT?

    __ I THINK IT HELPS FOR RANGE __ IT DOES HELP FOR SPEED.

    GET THE ROUTERS NETWORK NAME AND NUMBER AT THE ROUTER AND ENTER IT AT YOUR COMPUTER.

    Network id name and number ARE case sensitive __ I think.
