AV+ 200 Adapter and Extender XAVN2001 - no access

Hi,

 

I have purchased the combination above second hand, it was working before. I managed to both tools to get contact to each others, but I cannot reach with my laptop by Wifi the Extender, also connection with LAN cable is not successfull. I did a reset, but that didn't help. I don't know what else to do. If I cannot get access by LAN to the extender I cannot change the Wifi settings.

    Hello mogu

     

    Have you tried another power outlet? Also try to factory reset the device by holding down the reset button for 10 seconds they try to set them up again.

      Hi,

       

      reset was also done and I tried it on different power outlets. But all computers or smartphones do not get access = IP adress.
