AX1600 Model Number RAX5
I just bought this router for temporary use.
The wifi speed is trash giving me 50 Mbps while the router I had before gave me 300+ Mbps..
Is there a configuration issue ? or is the router just bad.

The ISP is called Wakey that piggy back on rogers\
Im expecting 1k Mbps usually get around 300 + mbps
Looks like im getting proper speeds now 250 mbps now after actually getting a net gear support person. It took 30 mins to get into a call.It'd also be nice to know if you're connected to 2.4g or the 5g. 2.4g is a pretty slow network and 50mbps isn't unexpected with it. the 5ghz should be faster.
It would be helpful to know what Internet Service Provider this is connected to and what level of service the ISP promises.
What happens if a computer is connected to the ISP (instead of the RAX5 router0 ?
