Ax1800 extender wont connect
I have this extender and it has worked fine. i tried to change the name and it stopped working. Now i can't get it to reconnect. main router is RS400.
1. i tried to just re connect and nothing
2. i tried Wps and it didn't work
3. i tried reset with App and it tells me my password is incorrect even though it is not.
4. i tried reset web based it gets to the part where you check the box and hit continue and it tells me that it failed( i sometimes have to choose the extender again because the phone jumps back on to the main router.
what can i do noting works??

Have you tried scortched earth and factory reset both router and the extender?
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds and then reinstall them both?
