AX1800 Firmware upgrade

Question

Hi,I am a bit confused about the firmware upgrade of my device.For the APP the firmware is ok and the versione is 1.0.0.52. Instead if I use the web interface from a PC, the system indicates a new version (1.0.0.58_1.0.101). If I try to update the firmware from the web the device results blocked and I am forced to reset it.Where am I wrong?&nbsp;ThanksR

You have the MK system?&nbsp;If so , the latest firmware is even newer.&nbsp;try a manual firmware upgrade process.&nbsp;https://www.netgear.com/support/product/mk62.aspx&nbsp;

What system do you have? AX1800 is a speed, not a model

Sorry, the model is EAX20 (AX1800 4-Stream Mesh Extender).The manual update works, I uploaded the last firmware version.&nbsp;ThanksR
