C6250 router and MOCA adapter
This should be an easy question, but I just need a little help.
I have my 6250 set up in my office and my TV is on the other side of a thin wall, in my living room. I have cable throughout but have disconnect the tv service and only kept high speed internet.
I bought a tv box to get some channels over the internet and it works ok with the wireless connection, but quite a bit of lagging and buffering so I thought it would make sense to do a wired connection. Read up a bit and bought the Actiontec.
I plugged everything in the way the instructions said and then turned off wifi and there is no internet connection.
I called Actiontec and they said I either needed to buy yet another moca box or use the moca signal on my router which is why I'm asking you. How do I activate moca on the router and make sure it connects?
Thanks in advance,

Hello joan1152
I am not sure what they are asking when they say they need the moca activated on the router.
