c7000 won't hook up to new wifi

The nighthawk was hooked up to my Arris dual band modem/wifi router and it hooked up and worked flawlessly. I changed to a different Arris dual band modem/wifi router and it will not hook up. I have reset with a 10 sec hold 6 times. I have unplugged and reset then pushed the WPS button on both the Arris and the Nighthawk. I have tried support and can't understand them with the heavy Indian accent.How do I fix this?

    Hello cjmgk - Please clarify whether you are attempting to connect a C7000 or EX7000.
