Cable loose in modem port
The modem port on the router does not hold the cable securely. If the table the router sits on get the tiniest bump the cable moves in the port and the router loses internet. I then have to push the cable in a very tiny amount, less than a millimeter, for the connection to be restablished. I'm guessing the router needs to be replaced/repaired. I've had the router over 90 days, do I really need to pay 50 bucks to just talk to someone at Netgear?
Hello jspradley
You will have to talk to support as they handle all RMAs.

Thanks DarenM. I've actually already contacted support and they've RMA'd it. I originally posted because I thought Netgear might try to charge me $50 just to talk to someone about about a faulty device. On the website they make it soud like you ONLY get free support if it's within the 90day window.
