Can’t update EX2700 firmware
I’ve tried endlessly to update firmware for my EX2700, and go around in circles. It tells me I have no internet connection (I DO!!). I try again; I get the same message. Even after a factory reset,...
The extender might be refused to acess the Internet on your router e.g. when some security controls are set in place. Still, you could run a manual update - head to https://www.netgear.com/support/product/EX2700.aspx#download to download the current firmware in the ZIP archive, unpack (you need the .img), and upload the .img file manually.
