Can not connect my extender 7500

Question

Hi, I am after help setting my my new extender. After an hour of trying and waiting on the helpline for 20 minutes I am hoping someone on here can help.
&nbsp;
I am no techi so bear with me. I have plugged in my extender, hit the WPS button but neither the 2ghz or 5ghz light is lit and I can’t find the extender in my WFI settings. I tried going to 192.168.1.250 but that won’t work as I’m not connected. Tried resetting factory settings and that hasn’t worked. Has anyone got any ideas please?
