Can ping the ex2700 extender but it doesn't show up in available networks

I can successfully manually set up the ex2700 on the mywifiext.net, then ping the unit successfully.  I can connect any of our home devices but our one Windows 10 PC, a Yoga 700.

    Did you check for any new wireless drivers on the PC?
