Cannot complete the setup for EXT7300 on a ATT Uvers Network

Have you tried resetting the extender, and then connect the PC immediately to the extender network (NOT pressing WPS)?  The extender network shouldn't be password protected in that case.

 

After that you should be able to browse to www.mywifiext.net, and complete the setup.
