Cannot Configure NetGear EX8000 WiFi Range Extender
My unit is the EX8000 NIGHTHAWK X6S AC3000 WiFi Range Extender [- NOT the ones stated in the header -] This site must be defective because that unit is [NOT] in the drop-down menu of products !! ...
To factory reset the unit you will need to hold the reset button for 10+ seconds then you may need to give the unit 5 to 10 minutes I had a similar issue as you did when setting up the unit took a little more time after the factory reset but if you are still not able to connect after the reset I can get you to support.
