Did you set it up via wps? If so, factory reset it and rerun the installation using the installation wizard.
What firmware are you on?
Router you're connecting to?

No, I used the 'Connect with Web Browser Setup'. The router is using WPA2 security settings. The service is Specrum and router is: ASKEY RAC2V1K Router

I'm following along because we started having the exact same problem about a few days ago. Unless they've updated the firmware in the last 5 minutes, I'm up to date on that. I've reset with every different configuration I can think of.
All of our devices, both Apple and Windows-based are having the same not connected to the internet issues through the extender. Xfinity for our service with an Asus router. It has been working fine over the last year until this.

Everything is on WPA2, no weird characters in SSIDs or passwords. I also don't understand why any of it would have changed, since it worked great for a year; we haven't changed anything or moved anything in that time.

Is it set in extender mode on the switch?
Have you tried running it in access point mode to see if it works that route?

In the instructions for enabling Mac filtering, it says to add your Wifi device/s to the extender's network and then go to an online site on that device to login into the extender (while using the extender's network). Ironically, you can't go to that online address because you have no internet while using the extender's network, which is what you are trying to fix. So it's basically impossible.

Are you talking about the instructions for your router mac filtering?
If so, just connect to the router and do it.
