Cannot connect to Extender network - EX6150|AC1200

Did that already when I first set up this router. Also I did a reset on the main router to see if that would help. Everything is on WPA2, no weird characters in SSIDs or passwords. I also don't understand why any of it would have changed, since it worked great for a year; we haven't changed anything or moved anything in that time.
Is it set in extender mode on the switch?
Have you tried running it in access point mode to see if it works that route?
Yes, it's on extender.
No, it did not work on access point.
In extender mode it needs to be hardwired into the router.
If it doesn't work in extender mode or AP mode, and you've tried reloading firmware, then you probably might have a bad unit.
