Cannot connect to router after set up

After having set up the extender EX6100v2 in the room with the router, I am unable to get it connected with router again, any suggestions?

    Welcome to the community!

     

    1. Does the setup complete successfully?

    2. Are you able to go online via the extender right after the setup (before relocating)?

    3. Does it fail to connect after relocating?

    4. Please make sure the area where the extender is still gets a good signal from the main router.

      Actually the LED indicator light, for connection to the router never comes on at all.  From the ime I plug it into the wall all through setup and go to relocate, the ROUTER LED never shows any color, AMBER or GREEN.
