cannot get wifi password to my wifi mesh extender ac1900 dual band

I was given a wifi extender recently, I can't get the password when trying to it set up, i already factory reset. and used the app...and maybe it's a glitch but It wouldn't copy the password on my app. and it shows as a bunch of commas. pls help

    ac1900 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.

     

    Look at the label on the device for the model number.

     

    That should also have the default WiFi passwords.

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 
    Or if you tried the app, I'd start over and use the installation assistant.
    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
