cannot re-connect my Nighthawk X6 since getting a new modem today
Hi,
Today I installed a new modum at home. So the WiFi has new name and password.
When I try to re-connect the Nighthawk X6 to the new network using the Nighthawk App, I keep being told to go back to WiFi settings and select "NETGEAR-Ext".
The problem is that NETGEAR_Ext is not coming up in the list of WiFi networks.
I have tried:
1. Turning off the new modum and waiting 2 mins and then trying to reconnect
2.Turnning the iphone off completely
3. Shutting down all 3 of my MACs my ipad and my ihpone.
It is driving me insance- have spend the past 2 hours trying to do a re-set but I jsut get the same message on the Nighthawk App- See attached pictures.
Thanks for any advice to sort this out.

which model extender is it? (look at the label)
Firmware on the extender?
If its a mesh extender, are you setting it up in mesh mode/single ssid? if so, it uses the same ssid as the router does so there isn't a ****_ext to connect to.
