Can't access Extender via www.mywifiext.net

I accidently reset my wifi extender and now i having issues trying to reset it. I tried to connect it through my iphone and re-register it and although it seemed to work it has no internet connection. So i went online to do some research and found that its best to set it up via an ethernet cable. I have done this and it allowed me to connect to www.mywifiext.net however it couldnt establish an internet connection to the router and then it timed out and now i cant get back onto www.mywifiext.net.

Its doing my head in. Why can i get back to that page? I cant seem to access my router ( it is a speical router through a rural wireless satellite company called stratanet.co.nz 

so i have no idea.

Please help, all the instructions i have seen i have done, but when you start talking about IP addresses and where to find then and change them i have no idea.
