Can't change password for extender

I had to change the password for our Wi-Fi. Now I can't get the extender to work, and I can't figure out how to change the password. I've read every page I can about how to do all of this, but nothing is working. Thoughts?

    Hello PeggyHH

     

     

    The first thing you want to try is log into the extender with www.mywifiext.net if you can not log into the extender you may need to do a factory reset and then re setup the password.
